EAT STREET MARKETS | macarthur avenue central, hamilton

Eat street markets boast an international variety of market style food ranging from your standard German sausages to delectable paella to funky Japanese pizzas. My friends and I went out one Saturday to check this place out and we were certainly not disappointed. The markets has two big hangers that hosted almost 20+ food stalls with cute litter fairy lights on the roof for ambiance. There was so many food stalls and not enough stomachs to be able to try everything - I really wanted to try the paella and also some of the Asian cuisine. But alas, not enough stomach for so much food!

It's definitely great for grabbing a big group of friends and having a casual Saturday (or Friday) night out.

greece photo diary

This photo diary commemorates my first overseas adventure back when I was 19. My friend Elleni and I decided on a whim that we wanted to go overseas and what better place to visit than Elleni's motherland = GREECE. Everything happened so quickly after that- we asked our parents that night and flights/accommodation/tours was booked and paid for within 5 days! And then a couple of months later, we packed our bags and jetted off!

HIGHLIGHTS OF GREECE:

-   being stuck in the middle of a protest and finding shelter at a local McDonalds
-   being asked by Greek men if they could move in with me
-  Delphi and the incredible views
-  authentic Grecian leather sandals
-  Meteora and the monasteries
-   living off  €2 Yiros because we were running out of money
-   sunsets at Oia
- gorgeous looking men who were batted for the same team
-  a twilight motorbike ride around Santorini
